Riddall Business Group didn't start as a business idea. It started as a realization. We saw how many service-based businesses — especially trades — were operating without real systems. Good people, strong work ethic, solid services. But everything behind the scenes was chaos.
Leads weren't being followed up. Customers were slipping through the cracks. Revenue was inconsistent. And most owners were stuck working in the business instead of building it.
So instead of piecing together tools, we decided to build something better. A complete operating system designed specifically for service businesses. That's where RBG started.
